StoryFORMing starter workshop

A half-day session introduces an internal groups to the key elements of a StoryFORM canvas, through mapping products or projects from their portfolio.
 
Depending on your needs, the starter workshop can focus on:

  • buy-in stories for investment and launch
  • marketing, sales and external communications
  • engagement and internal communications
  • transformation and organisational change
  • strategy, mission and vision

StoryFORMing: A full day workshop

The full day workshop builds canvases for specific projects or products in a team's portfolio, as a basis for a discussion around one of two key themes of: 

1) How do we articulate our identity moving forward? 

2) How do we narrate the change we are driving? 

As with the starter workshop, your needs will determine which dimension of your business we focus upon:  

  • buy-in stories for investment and launch
  • marketing, sales and external communications
  • engagement and internal communications
  • transformation and organisational change
  • strategy, mission and vision

 

Group size is limited to 12 per facilitator.

Half-day open workshops

The half-day workshops introduce groups to the key elements of a StoryFORM canvas, through vivid examples and hands-on application.

  2. Walls where we can blue tack papers and/or whiteboards.
  3. 1-2 flip charts
  4. Adjustable lighting & plasma screen for multimedia 
  5. Boardroom style table with elbow room to work and chairs that are easy to move so people can pair up
  6. Natural light, so that people don't feel "shut in"
